Eurocardane.ro makes every effort to present with maximum correctness the colors, sizes, dimensions and description of the products. However, due to the large amount of data, inadvertent information may appear in the product information. Also, the colors you see on the monitor may differ from the real colors of the products.

Commands

There is no minimum order required. All prices displayed on the site are in RON plus VAT. The displayed prices do not include shipping fees. These fees will be shown separately on the tax invoice.

The tax invoice is issued according to the legislation in force in Romania and is sent along with the products ordered at the delivery address. Orders made on business days, up to 15, Romanian time, are shipped within one business day at most.

According to the laws in force, the order made on this website is considered a contract between the user and Eurocardane.ro and must be executed by both parties. This means that Eurocardane.ro undertakes to deliver the ordered products and services and the user undertakes to pay the order value.

We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we think this is necessary.

Eurocardane.ro uses the services of other companies, for example for transportation, payment, etc. The responsibility for these services lies entirely with the service providers. It is the responsibility of the user to know and accept the terms and conditions of the service before using these services.

Return policy

All the images of the products presented on the site are orientative and are personalized upon request according to the order made by the client, which is why they are exempted from the right of return / withdrawal provided in art. 9-15 of OUG 34/2014 in respect of distance and off-premises contracts.

For the creation of the Customer Account you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you, according to the specifications in the relevant forms, and you agree to provide this information correctly and completely.

If we believe this obligation is not being respected, we reserve the right to block access to our services without prior notice, for a fixed or indefinite period of time.
